About the Role:

Sonepar is seeking a talented Artificial Intelligence Developer II to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll design, develop, and implement AI and machine learning applications that power our business solutions. This position offers the flexibility to work virtually or on a hybrid schedule from Denver, Colorado.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and build machine learning and deep learning systems.
  • Run tests and experiments to validate model effectiveness.
  • Implement AI/ML algorithms to solve specific business problems.
  • Transform data science prototypes into scalable production-ready models.
  • Train algorithms and build intelligent systems.
  • Research and apply appropriate machine learning tools and techniques.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create AI prototypes.
  • Maintain and improve existing AI systems to align with business goals.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Python, Java, or other AI-focused programming languages.
  • Solid understanding of machine learning, neural networks, and natural language processing (NLP).
  • 1-2 years of experience (including internships or part-time roles) in data science, machine learning, or AI.
  • Experience in AI development from problem definition to solution implementation.
  • Must be authorized to work for Sonepar in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
