Job Overview:

CRB Workforce is seeking a Web Developer to join their team. This remote position offers a competitive salary and benefits. As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining high-quality websites and web applications. You’ll work with cutting-edge technologies like Next.js, React, TypeScript, and PHP, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful web solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and contribute to high-impact websites.
  • Web Application Development: Develop and maintain web applications and websites using Next.js, TypeScript, React, and PHP.
  • Performance Optimization: Ensure applications are optimized for scalability, speed, and responsiveness across various devices and platforms.
  • UI/UX Design Implementation: Work with teammates and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and implement strong, user-centered design principles.
  • Stay Updated: Keep up with emerging web technologies, including AI technologies, and integrate them when applicable to improve performance and user experience.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience developing websites or web applications.
  • Strong experience with Drupal or WordPress for content management.
  • Proven proficiency in Next.js and React for building interactive web applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for technology.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to collaborate in a team environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary Range: $110,000 – $130,000 per year.
  • Benefits: Full benefits package provided, including health insurance and paid time off.
  • Employment Type: Full-time, direct hire position.
