G2i is looking for experienced Front End Software Engineers to join their global remote team.
This role offers you the chance to work closely with AI models, helping train some of the most advanced language models used today. Developers will primarily engage with JavaScript and React projects, ensuring that AI-generated code meets high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Review and evaluate AI-generated frontend code.
  • Build, refine, and test React components and JavaScript functions.
  • Solve coding challenges and produce efficient, scalable code.
  • Create test cases to validate code accuracy and performance.
  • Write detailed feedback, guides, and instructions to improve AI model outputs.
  • Participate in a variety of projects, from simple code evaluations to building full applications with chatbots.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in software or frontend development.
  • Strong expertise in JavaScript and React (including hooks, state management, and component building).
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
  • Attention to detail, consistency in writing, and strong analytical thinking.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly in written form.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Experience with modern frameworks like Next.js, Vue.js, or Angular.
  • Familiarity with frontend testing tools (Jest, Cypress, React Testing Library).
  • Knowledge of state management libraries such as Redux, Context API, or MobX.
  • Experience with TypeScript and modern development tooling.
  • Strong technical writing skills and a passion for teaching or guiding AI systems.

Work Conditions

Hiring Process
