About the Role

We are looking for a Full-Stack Growth Engineer to join our Growth Team. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and marketing, focusing on scaling our self-serve customers (consumer, prosumer, and self-serve B2B) and driving product-led growth. You will work on both front-end and back-end development to enhance user acquisition, retention, revenue, and referrals.

While we already have over 1 million users and substantial revenue, there is still significant potential for growth, and we need innovative minds to capitalize on these opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement full-stack growth features and experiments to boost user acquisition and product virality.
  • Design and optimize in-product onboarding experiences to improve user activation and retention.
  • Build and maintain a pricing experimentation system, iterating on strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to identify new growth opportunities and optimize existing ones.
  • Work across a wide range of metrics, including awareness, acquisition, retention, and referrals.

Salary: $58K – $116K per year

What You Bring

At ElevenLabs, we prioritize skills over formal degrees or certifications. We are looking for candidates who can showcase their technical abilities and problem-solving skills through past projects, designs, or GitHub contributions. You should have:

  • Strong full-stack development skills (backend-leaning, frontend-leaning, or balanced).
  • A solid understanding of product development and user experience.
  • An interest in growth engineering and business-side problem-solving.
  • (Bonus) Experience launching or scaling products.
  • (Bonus) Familiarity with analytics and experimentation tools.
  • (Bonus) UI/UX design skills.
