Wealth Management Internship

Program Overview

This internship supports the management and execution of the assigned business or group program or project, including providing input to design, development and execution. You will support the execution of program components, working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective and seamless delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support the management of the program or project, including developing program components, promoting the program, and ensuring the execution of all components.
• Participate in the design, development, implementation, and management of core program processes.
• Provide input to the program strategy by analyzing current operations and challenges, researching best practices, and understanding industry trends.
• Support the investigation, analysis, and documentation of program risks.
• Analyze data and information to provide program insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on business objectives.
• Organize work information to ensure accuracy and completeness (e.g., customized exception reports, initiative tracking reports).
• Communicate and reinforce program principles, strategies, processes, and standards in all operational activities.
• Gather and format data into regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards.
• Support the execution of strategic initiatives, including tracking metrics and milestones.
• Support change management of varying scope and type; tasks typically focus on execution and sustainment activities.
• Support the development of tailored messaging, which may include writing, editing, and distributing communications.
• Track exception requests and corresponding approvals.
• Complete complex and diverse tasks within given rules and limits, and may handle escalations from other employees.
• Analyze issues and determine next steps.
• Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed.
• Take measured risks while protecting the bank by applying our Risk Management Framework in the execution of your role, in line with our Risk Culture and within our approved Risk Appetite, making sound and risk-informed decisions that align with business strategy, protect assets, and adhere to applicable policy documents, laws, and regulations.

Qualifications

• Typically between 0-2 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study desirable, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Specialized knowledge.

Additional Information

The internship program begins on June 7, 2027, and concludes on August 13, 2027. Due to the structured nature of the program, onboarding activities, and cohort experience, candidates are expected to be available for the full internship term. Availability for the entire program duration is required to successfully participate in the internship.
