Wealth Internship Program 2027

Program Overview

The Truist Wealth Internship Program gives interns a deep look into the daily responsibilities of a client-facing Wealth teammate and the strategic teams that support advisors. Interns gain exposure to Truist's purpose-driven culture and see how different Wealth groups work together to deliver a purpose-driven client experience.

Interns play meaningful roles in supporting internal partners and external clients, building leadership, collaboration, banking and investment knowledge, and technical skills. The program includes exposure to senior Wealth leaders and a network of mentors and peers.

Program Structure

Interns will network, gain exposure, and work with a client-facing team in one of these areas:

• Client Experience Team
• Investment Advisory Group (IAG)
• Center for Family Legacy
• Investment Consultant Group

Interns will also interact with current and former full-time Wealth Analysts.

Work Location

All interns will be based in Atlanta or Charlotte.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program (Business or Finance preferred) at an accredited 4-year college or university with:

• Rising Senior with a December 2027 to May/June 2028 graduation date
• Overall GPA of 3.0 or above
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Independent, goal-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to self-manage and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Strong team collaboration skills
• Interest in a client-facing wealth management career
