The Test Operations Group supports the Test, Product Engineering and Production groups activities. Our primary function is to maintain various types of test equipment used on the test floor to develop, debug and process devices ranging from Carrier, Automotive, Enterprise and Data Center product lines. We interface with vendors from various manufacturers including Advantest, Teradyne, Cohu, HonPrec, Seiko-Epson, Delta, Chroma, TEL, Semics.

What You Can Expect

Duties & Responsibilities

• Help maintain Advantest 93K and Teradyne Uflex testers and related hardware (Boards, Sockets, device kits).
• Provide tester, handler, prober and hardware support to Test, Product Engineering and Production Teams.
• Work with Field Service Engineers from various manufacturers to diagnose, troubleshoot and repair handler and prober systems.
• Perform hardware and software upgrades as needed.
• Help input and track requests for new hardware from Product, Test and Production teams, and provide solutions to current processes.
• Work with vendors to obtain quotes for replacement and spare parts.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve test equipment issues.
• Assist in performing calibration and preventive maintenance as needed.
• Help drive future improvements to Marvell's Test floor environment.
• Must be willing to work in a multi-tasking, fast-paced, team-oriented working environment.
• This is a full-time onsite position.

What We're Looking For

• Working towards a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
• Basic understanding of hardware products, printed circuit boards, and electronic manufacturing.
• Ability to organize technical information, summarize data, and communicate clearly.
• Comfortable working in a team environment and learning from team members across multiple disciplines.
• Basic PC skills with Microsoft Office suite.
• Coursework or project experience related to the design and repair of electronics, circuits, electromechanical systems, or manufacturing is preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Linux operating and networking skills, and inventory control systems is a plus.
• Internships in the semiconductor field is a plus.

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

22 - 44 $ per hour.

The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
