TEF Winter Intern

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated TEF Intern to support ongoing Technical Engineering Function (TEF) projects. This internship offers practical experience in a manufacturing and engineering environment, with exposure to cross-functional collaboration, technical documentation, and real-world engineering processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support TEF projects across multiple technical and operational areas.
• Generate, update, and maintain technical documentation, including work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process documentation.
• Assist with organizing and coordinating cross-functional meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and action item tracking.
• Provide day-to-day project support to individual TEF team members.
• Collect, organize, and analyze technical information to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with documentation standardization and version control.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree program in engineering (mechanical, electrical, industrial, manufacturing, or related field), engineering technology, or a similar technical discipline.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented with a structured approach to tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with technical documentation or work instructions.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Interest in process improvement, maintenance, or technical operations.
• Exposure to SAP or similar systems is a plus (not required).
