Real Estate Internship

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and data analysis.
• Collect and analyze market data including rents, vacancy, pipeline, and comps.
• Prepare summary insights and reports.
• Support transaction and leasing activities.
• Assist in listing preparation, client presentations, and site visit coordination.
• Maintain deal trackers and documentation.
• Assist in financial and investment analysis.
• Build and maintain basic financial models (cash flow, ROI, IRR support).
• Support due diligence and valuation inputs.
• Coordinate project and stakeholder activities, liaising with internal teams, brokers, and clients.
• Schedule meetings and track deliverables.
• Prepare presentation materials, including PPT decks, market reports, and marketing collateral.
• Ensure data accuracy and professional formatting.
• Perform administrative support.

Requirements

• Undergraduate or postgraduate student in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Economics, Urban Planning, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (financial modeling basics preferred).
• Good communication skills in English; Mandarin preferred for China roles.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
• Interest in real estate markets and investment.
