Co-ops typically last 12-24 weeks within the fiscal year and are located on-site at our Gillette World Shaving Headquarters in Boston, MA. We are looking for a co-op starting January/February 2027. As a co-op, you will receive a co-op allowance. At P&G, Intern/Co-Op sessions are considered temporary employment with a predicted ending point, and no full-time employment commitments are made.

What You Will Do

Our Associate Scientist co-ops are constantly learning and growing to improve how our products perform. In this role, you will find new ways to innovate, develop, and manufacture consumer products. Since we are a highly collaborative company, you will work with some of the best technical and commercial partners.

• Products Research: Understand consumers and their needs to inform product design parameters for new or improved products.
• Analytical & Measurement Science: Develop ways to measure and characterize products, translating consumer use into product specifications.
• Product Design & Development: Translate consumer needs into design and technical specifications for delightful grooming products that can be manufactured at scale.
• Product Formulation & Design: Develop finished products using the best available technologies, chemicals, and materials.
• Packaging Development: Create and improve packages that delight consumers and retailers, with a focus on sustainability.
• Blades & Metals Process Innovation: Deliver groundbreaking blade edge innovation through mastery of process, product, and equipment.
• Process Development & Pilot Plant Operations: Translate ideas into commercially feasible chemical and mechanical manufacturing processes.
• Material Development: Develop new raw material technologies to meet customer needs with high-quality materials.
• Modeling and Simulation (M&S): Develop new mathematical models that speed the pace and impact of innovations.
• Data Science: Communicate complex data or algorithms into simple conclusions that empower others to drive action.
