As a Product Manager Intern, you will define product vision and strategy by leveraging a deep understanding of customer experience and the competitive market. You will identify short and long term investment opportunities, evaluate tradeoffs, and drive the product roadmap. You will build consensus on product strategy, define features, vision, and goals for a product or set of features. This role lets you develop and execute strategies for in product organic growth and focus on cross functional leadership.

This is for a summer 2027 internship.

Responsibilities

• Identify customers' unmet or unknown needs and market opportunities for feature enhancements or development through quantitative and qualitative analyses, and scope the impact of a problem.
• Drive and track key results, success criteria, and performance metrics. Partner with Software and Hardware Engineering to identify needed data and ensure telemetry is developed.
• Determine features or experiences to prioritize in the roadmap that support success criteria and OKRs. Gather input on priorities and resources needed to deliver desired outcomes for a feature.
• Iterate multiple designs with Design, Software Engineering, and Hardware Engineering. Assist in facilitating reviews (e.g., UX, system, data designs) with customers to ensure usability and accessibility criteria are met.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Business Planning, and Engineering to identify product release criteria, customer acquisition, and usage.
• Monitor and report on progress, deriving insights that lead to productive actions to improve product development and implementation.
• Build trust with customers and leverage communication lines to capture feedback and insights throughout the product development lifecycle.

Qualifications

Required:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree with at least one semester or term of school remaining after the internship.

Preferred:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in product, service, project, or program management, or software development, or equivalent experience.

The base pay range for this internship is USD $5,690.00 to $11,210.00 per month. A different range applies to specific work locations, including the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, where the range is USD $7,410.00 to $12,250.00 per month.
