Program Overview

Key's Enterprise Internship is a 10.5-week program that provides meaningful work, feedback and coaching, and engaging events and conversations that spark excitement about starting a full-time career at Key.

Interns work on line-of-business specific projects that directly impact Key's business and strategic pillars. The program includes networking with Key teammates, Learning Labs with internal and external speakers, and an assigned mentor.

• Business Delivery: providing technology solutions to lines of business

• Enterprise Operations: spanning origination, deposit operations, payments, loan services, and treasury
• Enterprise Security: technology risk, cybersecurity, fraud detection, and identity verification

Internship Program Details

The summer internship spans 10 weeks, working alongside KeyBank experts within KTS. It provides hands-on experience with innovative operations teams, competitive skills, networking, mentoring, and executive exposure.

KTS Operations teams deliver world-class operations solutions and continual process improvements while supporting multiple lines of business. Placement areas include:

Qualifications

• Completed at least three years toward a four-year undergraduate degree in Business, Operations, Data Science, System Administration, Industrial Engineering, Statistics/Mathematics, or related majors
• Anticipated graduation of May 2028 or December 2027
• Minimum undergraduate GPA of 3.0
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork from work or extracurriculars
• Solid analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills
• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Project, or related business software
• Intellectual curiosity, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn

Compensation and Benefits

This position earns an hourly rate of $25 per hour, plus a $2,000 summer internship sign-on bonus.
