HR Service Intern

Job Description

As an HR Intern in the HR Service Department, you'll bring our HR Service Vision to life: We Care, We Understand, We Resolve.

HR Service is the primary contact for associates across the US and Canada, helping them navigate HR topics like Compensation, Benefits, Training & Development, HR Technical Systems, and Payroll.

We collaborate with Bosch HR Business Partners and Process Owners to support HR initiatives, educate managers and associates on HR processes and tools, and troubleshoot issues. Every day involves real-time problem solving and partnering with other HR teams to resolve customer needs.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current student pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Ability to work 35-40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. This is a one-year internship.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with ability to simplify complex topics
• Positive customer relations and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in web-based systems and technology platforms, including Microsoft Office suite
• Demonstrated organization skills and attention to detail
• Proactive, quick learner, adaptable to change
• Minimum 3.0 GPA
• Minimum 18 years of age

Preferred:

• Major in Industrial Engineering, Process/Quality Mgmt, Industrial/Org Psych, Organizational Behavior, Project Mgmt, Human Resources, Business, or related
• Class standing: Senior or Masters level
