A Day in the Life

As our Claims Intern on the Claims team, you'll work closely with the internal claims management team to provide administrative support, system maintenance, and superior customer service. This intern will gain exposure to the insurance claims process, gain insight into carrier relationships, and have the opportunity to shadow client visits.

MMA's internship is a comprehensive program that provides real-world business, risk management, and insurance experience. Learn to apply classroom concepts through project work and client interaction. You'll also develop professional skills that will serve you throughout your career. The program gives you the chance to find your interest and place in the insurance industry, with the goal of providing insight into all areas and acting as a springboard into full-time careers. Our internship focuses on the tools needed to build a solid foundation for our Client Management or Sales career pathways.

• Risk Management Background
• Basic Insurance Knowledge

The applicable hourly rate for this role is $20.
