Civil Engineering Co-Op

Parsons is accepting applications for a Civil Engineering Co-op/Intern Student ready to work on major infrastructure projects in Boston, MA and neighboring regions. We are looking for Fall 2026 availability.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assist with a variety of civil engineering tasks to complete transportation and remedial design projects.
• Help develop design drawings and write technical specifications.
• Perform engineering calculations to support design projects.
• Write design reports and technical memorandums.
• Work effectively and collaboratively with the project team.
• Participate in field work such as sampling or construction oversight assignments.
• Implement behavior-based safety tools to achieve incident-free operations for both client and Parsons.

What Qualifications You'll Bring:

• Enrolled in an engineering curriculum at an accredited college or university.
• Completed typically 2+ years of studies in Civil Engineering.
• Relevant coursework required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Working knowledge of CAD and other computer software used for design assignments.
