Northrop Grumman is seeking Business Management Analysts for an internship opportunity at our Mission Systems Sector in San Diego, CA. The qualified candidate will join the Business Management Division.

Roles and Responsibilities

Assignment could be in one of the following Business Management roles: Program Control Analyst (PCA), Contracts Analyst, Pricing Analyst, Rates Analyst, Budget Analyst, Financial Planning Analyst, Accounting Analyst, Scheduling Analyst, or an Analyst in a Controller support department.

Basic Qualifications

A candidate must meet ALL of the below criteria. The candidate must:

• Be a student enrolled full-time and pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited college/university, and be enrolled full time in Fall 2027
• Be majoring in a Business Degree (Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, Economics) or a business adjacent degree (Legal Studies, Mathematics, Statistics, Risk management, Global Supply Chain, etc.)
• Be available to work full-time (40 hours per week) for at least 10 weeks during summer 2027
• Be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite) as well as Program Special access within a reasonable period, as determined by the company

Preferred Qualifications

• Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.00/4.0 or higher
• Have prior business relevant internship or work experience
• Have an existing active U.S. Government security clearance

Intern Pay Range

• Bachelors: $19.25 to $34.75 per hour
• Master's: $27.50 to $43.25 per hour

Intern pay rates are standardized and take into account the anticipated graduation date, the cost of labor of the geographic location, and whether the internship is technical or administrative.
