Your Impact

You'll join a small cohort of other procurement interns chosen for their fresh perspectives and potential. This program has a proven track record of turning early-career talent into high-impact professionals. As a Business Analyst, you will turn complex data into strategic insights. You may:

• Partner with Strategic Sourcing Managers: Analyze spend information, manage risk, and/or track supplier performance.
• Drive automation: Transform manual, legacy processes into streamlined digital workflows to increase productivity.
• Report on risk and sustainability: Ensure integrity by supporting sustainability and risk reporting across our supplier ecosystem.
• Track performance: Use data analytics to track the performance and ROI of our most critical partnerships.

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in one of the following: an undergraduate degree program (Associate's or Bachelor's); or an educational or workforce development program (e.g., Apprenticeship, Boot camp, or Certification).
• Procurement Foundation: You have demonstrated experience or strong academic coursework in applicable business, procurement, or supply chain roles.
• Qualifying education and work experience should be in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related program.
• Expected to continue enrollment in a degree or qualifying educational or workforce development program following completion of the internship.
• Adapts quickly in fast-paced environments, leads effectively across teams and projects, and communicates complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Uses AI, Excel, and Power BI to work smarter, solve problems, and turn data into insights.
• Applicants must have the right to work in the country where the role is based.
