The Opportunity

We are looking for an ambitious Product Manager (PDM) to join our team in San Jose, CA. In this role, you will partner with Adobe Channel and Sales end users, including sellers, channel managers, and business partners, to identify and prioritize key business requirements. You will collaborate with business teams, other Product Managers, and Program Managers to co-lead the planning, testing, and implementation of these requirements on the Adobe Partner and Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. By partnering with technical and UX teams, you will help build and develop technology solutions that deliver outstanding customer experiences.

What you'll Do

  • Partner with business customers to understand and improve current processes, enhancing customer value and efficiency.
  • Lead and coordinate process improvement workshops with internal customers.
  • Drive and influence product vision, collaborating with architecture, build, and engineering teams to deliver the roadmap.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal customers and technical teams on product vision and strategy.
  • Strategically coordinate with other Product Managers on interdependent solutions and initiatives.
  • Lead the planning, documentation, and delivery of run-the-business requirements and large technology initiatives.
  • Guide User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business testers and define acceptance tests with Quality Engineers.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog, collecting defects and improvement requests.
  • Support Release Planning, scheduling backlog items into regular releases aligned with business priority.

What you need to succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in Building and Mathematics, Computer Science, or other quantitative fields or equivalent experience required.
  • 0-1+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of launching global large-scale technology solutions.
  • Good knowledge and experience in Scrum or similar Agile development methodology.
  • Self-starter who thrives in the face of challenges.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, capable of working with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong people skills with the ability to motivate and influence without direct authority.
  • Excellent conflict-resolution management skills.

Expected Pay Range

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $87,800 - $169,500 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. In California, the pay range for this position is $117,000 - $169,500.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
