Marvell's Accounting team serves as the foundation of the company's financial operations, partnering across business functions to deliver accurate financial reporting, maintain strong internal controls, and provide insights that support decision-making across key markets including Data Center and Communications.

The Corporate Financial Accounting Intern will get the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment as part of the SEC Financial Reporting, Technical Accounting, Global GL Consolidations and Global Accounting Policy teams. You will work closely with accounting professionals and gain exposure to GAAP, SEC reporting, and corporate financial practices.

What You Can Expect

As an accounting intern, you will:

• Gain hands-on accounting experience assisting with the preparation of global journal entries, account reconciliations, financial analyses, SEC filings schedules, tie-outs for 10-Qs and earnings press releases, and SOX controls documentation.
• Support monthly general ledger close and consolidation processes through the use of the Oracle ERP system.
• Participate in ad-hoc accounting projects, including process improvements and automation initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting with an anticipated graduation date of Winter 2027 or later
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized and accurate with strong attention to detail and sense of ownership
• Proactive, collaborative problem solver with a customer service oriented approach

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

21 - 42, $ per hour.

The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
