We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Social Marketing Lead to develop and execute innovative social media strategies that amplify Arbitrum’s presence in the evolving Web3 space.

As our ecosystem grows, your role will be crucial in crafting compelling content, engaging the community, and driving brand awareness across multiple digital platforms. This position requires a deep understanding of Web3, DeFi, and social engagement strategies to ensure Arbitrum’s continued success.

Key Responsibilities

Develop & execute a comprehensive social media strategy across major platforms (Twitter, YouTube, Discord, etc.).
Create engaging content tailored to developers, users, and the broader Web3 community.
Lead and manage a team of social media specialists across different regions.
Design growth-driven campaigns, combining both paid and organic media strategies to drive engagement and user adoption.
Stay ahead of Web3 trends, identifying new opportunities to enhance community interaction.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, partnerships, and product teams, to ensure brand consistency.
Analyze performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve engagement strategies.
Foster an active online community, ensuring a positive brand reputation and increased ecosystem participation.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in social media marketing, with at least 3 years in Web3.
Proven track record in building and engaging online communities.
Deep understanding of the Web3 and DeFi ecosystem.
Strong ability to craft engaging content (written, visual, and video).
Experience leading social media campaigns, including paid and organic strategies.
Analytical mindset with experience in tracking social media KPIs and using data to drive decisions.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage a global team.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work across different time zones.
