At least 18 months of customer service experience or equivalent.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Strong proficiency in hardware and software technology, with a focus on Microsoft Windows products.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technology-related issues effectively.

Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable (compensation premium available upon passing a proficiency test).
Previous call center experience is a plus.
