Wurl is hiring Software Engineer Intern | Remote | USD 5k/month

Role Summary

We are seeking a motivated Software Engineer Intern to join our engineering team. You will gain hands-on experience working on projects that power our global AdTech and CTV platforms, collaborating with experienced engineers and contributing to products that impact millions of viewers worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers to design, develop, test, and deploy software applications
• Participate in code reviews and support the creation of best practices and coding standards
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software defects and issues
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code with appropriate unit tests
• Develop and maintain documentation for software features and functionality
• Stay informed on emerging technologies, especially in AdTech and CTV sectors

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Strong programming skills in Python and JavaScript
• Understanding of data structures and algorithms
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• Experience with version control (Git) and Agile methodologies
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Passion for technology and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Knowledge of AdTech concepts and tools
• Familiarity with CTV platforms and OTT streaming technologies
