Position Overview

We’re currently looking for a Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping our internal data systems clean, accurate, and up to date. From processing raw data to maintaining high-quality information standards, your work will support crucial business decisions and operational efficiency.

This is an entry-level role with full support and training provided — perfect for someone looking to grow in the world of data and admin operations!

Key Responsibilities

Review incoming documents to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Input, update, and manage data within company systems efficiently and accurately.
Maintain consistent data definitions and naming standards to enhance overall quality.
Follow standardized processes and procedures for all daily tasks.
Provide general administrative support to assist internal teams.
Solve basic problems using existing methods and processes.
Communicate clearly with internal team members when needed.
Perform other duties as assigned by management or team leads.

Who We’re Looking For

A detail-oriented individual with a strong focus on accuracy.
Comfortable handling repetitive tasks with high volume.
Basic computer skills, especially in data entry or document management.
Able to work independently under supervision.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Qualifications

Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in any field
Experience: 0–2 years of related experience (training provided)

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $39,124 – $54,774 annually
Note: Final offer will depend on your skills, experience, education, and location.
