Internship Details:
- Duration: May 19 – August 15, 2025 (12 weeks)
- Hours: 40 hours/week (full-time internship)
- Format: 100% Remote
- Pay: $18.00 per hour
- Eligibility: Must be enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Fall 2025
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Support training initiatives by creating/updating internal processes and learning templates
- Work on real-world business challenges, bringing insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvements and content creation
- Conduct data analysis and share actionable insights
- Assist in design and enhancement of learning paths and internal development tools
- Gain hands-on experience in Learning Design, Training, and People Development
What You Bring:
- Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s program (Training, Learning Design, or related field)
- Must have completed at least 60 credit hours
- Passion for learning, innovation, and solving real-world challenges
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Flexible, proactive, and able to thrive in a team environment
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred
