Entry-Level Frontend Developer Training Program

What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (any field).
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
- Strong desire to learn coding—no prior professional experience required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication abilities.
- Willingness to relocate nationwide (relocation assistance available).
Responsibilities (Including but Not Limited To)
- Write secure, high-quality code using at least one programming language with guidance.
- Develop, troubleshoot, and maintain software systems with consideration for upstream/downstream impacts.
- Utilize Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) tools to enhance development efficiency.
- Analyze large data sets to identify patterns and contribute to decision-making.
- Design and implement reusable code and UI components.
- Ensure technical feasibility and performance of UI/UX designs.
- Collaborate with product teams and engineers in an Agile development environment.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure best practices are followed.
- Support production systems by troubleshooting and resolving issues as needed.
