About the Role
Are you detail-oriented and passionate about data management and security? Optomi is looking for an Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) Analyst to join our team remotely. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong analytical mindset, technical expertise in identity governance, and excellent data entry skills. You will play a crucial role in maintaining data integrity, analyzing identity and access data, and supporting compliance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze identity and access data to detect trends, anomalies, and security risks.
- Develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI to provide insights on key IGA metrics.
- Utilize Excel for data manipulation, including pivot tables and advanced formulas.
- Generate reports to support audits and compliance requirements.
2. Data Entry & Management
- Perform accurate data entry into various databases and systems.
- Ensure data integrity through regular audits and validation.
- Organize and manage large datasets, ensuring accessibility and usability.
3. Process Improvement & Documentation
- Identify areas for improvement in IGA processes to enhance efficiency.
- Document workflows, best practices, and standard operating procedures.
- Support the implementation of IGA policies and standards.
4. Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with IT, security, and compliance teams to support IGA initiatives.
- Provide clear and concise updates to stakeholders.
- Respond to user support tickets in a professional and timely manner.
Salary Range: $20 – $35 per hour
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience working with Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) systems, preferably SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and advanced functions.
- Experience with data visualization tools, especially Power BI.
- Excellent data entry and data management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks such as SOX, GDPR, or NIST is a plus.
