About the Role

GForce Life Sciences is hiring a Data Entry Specialist to support our client, a global leader in biopharmaceuticals focused on rare diseases caused by genetic factors. This role is ideal for recent graduates or professionals with 1-2 years of experience who have a keen eye for detail and proficiency in data entry, SharePoint, and MS Office.

As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for extracting scientific data from nonclinical study reports and entering it into the company’s database. You will also assist in creating reports and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure accurate and complete data records.

This is a 100% remote, contract-based role with an initial duration of 3-6 months and a competitive starting salary of $40,000 per year ($20/hr).

Key Responsibilities

Extract and input scientific data from nonclinical study reports into SharePoint.
Communicate with stakeholders to gather missing reports and ensure data completeness.
Create, maintain, and update reports within SharePoint.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance in data entry processes.

Mandatory Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Biology or a related field.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
Experience with SharePoint for data management and reporting.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of data accurately.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
