Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and product-focused Full-Stack Engineer to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. You’ll collaborate directly with our CTO and product team to build and ship features across our web and mobile platforms. This role offers a path to a founding team position with equity incentives upon conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new features across both CoachIQ web and mobile applications
- Build real-time tools for scheduling, messaging, and content delivery
- Create and maintain admin dashboards and coaching operations workflows
- Solve bugs and improve infrastructure across the stack
- Contribute to performance, scalability, and UX enhancements
Tech Stack
- Frontend: React.js, React Native, HTML, SCSS
- Backend: Node.js, Express.js, GraphQL
- Database: MySQL (AWS RDS), S3
- Infrastructure: AWS (Lambda, EC2, Fargate), Vercel
- Media & Realtime: FFMPEG, MQTT, WebSockets
Ideal Candidate
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Have 3–7 years of full-stack development experience
- Are confident in both frontend frameworks (React, React Native) and backend APIs (Node.js, GraphQL)
- Have built and maintained production features post-launch
- Can work independently with minimal oversight
- Adapt quickly to changing scope and startup dynamics
- Are eager to join a founding team and influence product direction
- Have previous experience with vertical SaaS platforms
- Are passionate about delivering exceptional user experiences
Education Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Equivalent experience will also be considered
