Exadel is hiring an enthusiastic and talented Associate Full-Stack Software Engineer to join its globally distributed team. Responsibilities
- Design and develop both front-end and back-end components of scalable web applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform static designs and wireframes into interactive, high-quality features
- Provide constructive feedback during the development process to enhance usability and performance
- Maintain and update documentation, processes, and standards throughout the development lifecycle
- Participate in the full product development cycle including design, development, deployment, and ongoing support
- Communicate effectively across teams to align priorities, timelines, and project requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in JavaScript development
- Proficiency in Node.js and NestJS for backend development
- Solid experience with React and Redux for frontend implementation
- Working knowledge of MongoDB
- Strong algorithmic thinking; ability to solve algorithmic challenges (you will face 4 algorithmic tasks during the hiring process)
- Fast learner with a willingness to adopt new technologies
- Excellent team player with strong communication and collaboration skills
- English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate or higher
Education Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
