About the Role
Everglades is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Front-End Developer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about web development and user experience design. You will play a crucial role in creating and maintaining engaging, high-performance websites while collaborating closely with our development team.
Please note: This position is fully remote, but applicants must be located in the state of Florida to be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop clean, efficient, and responsive web pages using HTML and CSS (Tailwind CSS required).
- Work closely with backend developers to integrate front-end components seamlessly.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize websites for mobile and desktop devices.
- Maintain consistency in design and implementation while adhering to modern web development best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve front-end performance and usability issues.
Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 per year

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS, with a strong emphasis on Tailwind CSS.
- Familiarity with modern UI/UX principles and responsive design techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality user experiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have, but Not Required):
- PHP experience – If you’re unfamiliar, you’ll have the opportunity to learn.
- JavaScript experience – Knowledge of Alpine.js is a plus.
