Candidate Requirements

Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, jQuery
Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues
Experience with responsive design and media queries
Familiarity with CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap
Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Positive, enthusiastic mindset with quick learning ability
Preferred: Experience with PHP, MySQL, AJAX
Preferred: Experience working on platforms like WordPress, BigCommerce, Magento, Shopify

Key Responsibilities

Convert complex layout PSDs into pixel-perfect HTML5/CSS3 front-end templates
Create and implement responsive web designs
Develop custom WordPress sites, plugins, and themes
Use tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and Fireworks for optimized web graphics
Manage source control using GIT or SVN
Meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Deliver high-quality, detail-oriented work

Compensation
For applicants located in California, New York, Washington, and Colorado, base pay ranges from $15 to $35 per hour depending on experience, qualifications, performance in skills tests, location, and job level. Compensation for candidates outside these states may differ.
