Candidate Requirements
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, jQuery
- Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues
- Experience with responsive design and media queries
- Familiarity with CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Positive, enthusiastic mindset with quick learning ability
- Preferred: Experience with PHP, MySQL, AJAX
- Preferred: Experience working on platforms like WordPress, BigCommerce, Magento, Shopify
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)

Key Responsibilities
- Convert complex layout PSDs into pixel-perfect HTML5/CSS3 front-end templates
- Create and implement responsive web designs
- Develop custom WordPress sites, plugins, and themes
- Use tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and Fireworks for optimized web graphics
- Manage source control using GIT or SVN
- Meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Deliver high-quality, detail-oriented work
Compensation
For applicants located in California, New York, Washington, and Colorado, base pay ranges from $15 to $35 per hour depending on experience, qualifications, performance in skills tests, location, and job level. Compensation for candidates outside these states may differ.
