Your Role: Drive Engagement & Build a Strong Web3 Community
We are looking for an enthusiastic Community Lead to develop, grow, and engage the Arbitrum community across various platforms. Your role will be crucial in fostering a welcoming environment where developers, users, and Web3 enthusiasts can connect, collaborate, and contribute to the Arbitrum ecosystem.
You’ll play a key role in organizing events, managing online interactions, and developing community strategies that align with our mission to enhance Ethereum scaling.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive community engagement plan to grow and strengthen the Arbitrum network.
- Foster meaningful conversations, respond to inquiries, and create an inclusive and welcoming space for the community.
- Actively manage Twitter, Discord, and other platforms, ensuring Arbitrum’s presence is strong and engaging.
- Plan and execute AMAs, hackathons, meetups, and online discussions to build enthusiasm around Arbitrum.
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Developer Relations teams to align community goals with company objectives.
- Track engagement, sentiment, and growth trends, using data to refine community strategies.
- Stay up to date with new community management tools, blockchain discussions, and industry developments to enhance Arbitrum’s presence.
What We’re Looking For
- Five or more years of experience in community management, with at least three years in Web3.
- Proven track record of building and managing online communities.
- Deep understanding of the Ethereum and Layer 2 ecosystem.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in engaging and moderating social platforms (Discord, Telegram, Twitter, etc.).
- Ability to analyze community sentiment and engagement data.
- Passion for Web3, decentralization, and blockchain technology.
