As an AI/ML Software Developer, you will be part of an innovative team driving forward the development of decentralized AI platforms.
This position offers a unique opportunity to design and develop real-world AI/ML applications focused on deep learning, computer vision, and video/image analytics. You’ll work with a team of like-minded researchers and engineers solving problems that haven’t been cracked yet.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI and ML applications
- Research, design, and implement deep learning algorithms for computer vision and image/video analytics
- Work closely with the Research team to contribute to new technologies in decentralized AI
- Write, develop, test, and document new and modified software programs
- Stay updated on the latest AI technologies and integrate them thoughtfully
- Collaborate effectively across a distributed team, take feedback constructively, and iterate quickly
Key Qualifications
- Proficient in Python
- Strong grasp of machine learning concepts and frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch
- Knowledge of Git for version control
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
- Comfortable working independently and in a fast-paced team environment
- Ability to handle big systems and contribute meaningfully to existing codebases
Preferred Experience
- Academic or hands-on experience in AI/ML, computer vision, or data science
- Publications in deep learning or statistical ML are a plus
- Experience with ML deployment and shipping real-world applications
- Exposure to large-scale data processing and distributed platforms such as AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, MapReduce
- Familiarity with English-speaking, global work environments
